Returning Your Purchase

To return a product ordered through our Official Website and to request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of the original purchase.

You may also call our support line at 1-800-220-1900 9am to 9pm Eastern Time, 7-days a week. 
Provide the information needed on the Contact Page to get the return process started. 
Once the information is reviewed and verified, DogCare will create a return label and send you a link via email for you to print the label. 
Once the product is returned a refund will be issued within approximately 1-business day after receipt by our office. 
The refund method will be the same as the customer's original payment channel. 
The refund amount is the customer's full payment minus the shipping cost (Refund includes only the cost of the product. Any shipping costs have already been paid to the shipper). 
Once the refund is issued the customer will receive a confirmation email from the DogCare Website. 
The timeframe for when the refund appears on the customer’s account depends on the payment channel. i.e. Credit Card, Bank, PayPal, etc.

This policy applies to products purchased directly from dogcare.net. For purchases made through other online or store retailers, please contact the retailer directly for their specific return policy.
All products returned must include a proof of purchase, original packaging, and all contents must be in “like-new” condition. 
After 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies for any defects or malfunctioning units. 
Training Units and No Bark Collars must include all original package materials, manuals and accessories to qualify for a refund.
Refund amounts exclude shipping charges or any other add-on charges to and from your location. 
Credits or refunds are issued within two weeks upon receiving your return and/or upon inspection. 
We cannot be responsible for items that are lost during transit when being returned, therefore we recommend high-valued items to be returned with tracking and insurance.

No Quibble Returns

We accept ‘No Quibble Returns’ within 30 days of receipt of your order. You will be refunded the price of the product, provided that the item is received back to our warehouse intact and in a resalable condition. Shipping costs won't be refunded. You'll be responsible for charges or costs associated with returning the product back to DogCare. Contact Us and our Customer Care team will help you return your purchase.


Faulty/Defective Product

DogCare is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective. If you have a faulty product and it is still within its warranty period, we offer the choice of a suitable replacement if one is available. DogCare reserves the right to refund the purchase price of the product along with the original freight cost. Contact Us and our Customer Care team will help you with your purchase.
